About This Job
Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has openings for two Technical Intern 3 positions. The selected candidates will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of strategic deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Resolve technical problems in a call center/help desk environment
• Work with internal and external users and organizations to support customer user-level requirements, including resolving end-user support requests, and researching and deploying advanced technologies
• Resolve access requests for user accounts and other support functions
• Where possible, use automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Provide technical assistance, training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applications
• Perform other duties as assigned

Clearfield, Utah, or occasionally hybrid remote

Travel

Clearance Requirement
The applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. An active Secret clearance is preferred but not required.

Certification Requirement
If not already DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant, the applicant must receive CompTIA Security+ or other DoD IAT Level II certification within 6 months of employment.

Citizenship Requirement
_Pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Education and experience requirements for this position are as follows:

• High School Diploma
• Current college Junior, Senior, or Graduate student pursuing an accredited degree program in software engineering, information technology, or similar related technical field

Required Skills and Education

• Successful candidates will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related area of study
