• Merchant-Facing Technical Expertise: 5–7 years of hands-on experience supporting merchants in SaaS and e-commerce environments, blending technical acumen with customer-centric problem solving.
• Strategic Solutioning Expertise: Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, technical solutions that drive merchant growth and operational efficiency.
• Technical Fluency with Business Impact: Comfortable navigating APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby), while articulating how technical decisions align with business outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to deliver seamless merchant experiences.
• Customer Empathy & Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills to build trust with merchants, simplify technical concepts, and drive alignment across diverse audiences.
