Unternehmensbeschreibung

At Link Snacks, we come to work hungry, roll up our sleeves — flannel shirt or not — and dive straight into the challenges ahead. We don't shy away from difficulties; we tackle them head-on. We push harder, move faster, and take the bold steps that built this company four decades ago in the North Woods of Wisconsin.

We're everyday people who deliver extraordinary results. Innovation, creativity, and drive aren't just buzzwords to us — they're expectations. And just like the authentic meat-based protein snacks we make across our global brand portfolio, what you see is what you get: down-to-earth, dedicated, and passionate people who show up every day ready not just to be part of the meat snack industry founded by the Link family, but to move it forward faster, innovate more boldly, and continually raise the bar.

As part of the global Link Snacks organization, our team in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) focuses on driving growth in the real meat protein snack category, with a particular focus on our brands: Jack Link’s®, Peperami®, BiFi®, and Minuets. We operate through a network of regional offices and manufacturing facilities across Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

Dominating this category worldwide takes a strong team. A team that works together, succeeds together, and celebrates together. A team full of energy and passion, fueled by just one thing: a handful of our delicious meat snacks.

But we're about more than snacks — we're guided by our core values: We work as a team, we tell it like it is, we take ownership of our performance, and we reach for the stars!

These are the values we live by. Every. Single. Day.
