The Role 

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Sr. Field Quality Engineer – Software to join our Field Quality organization. This role is focused on diagnosing, validating, and driving resolution of complex software-related customer issues across vehicle systems, connected services, ADAS, infotainment, user interfaces, diagnostics, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. 

This individual will play a critical role in connecting real-world customer experiences with engineering solutions, ensuring software issues are prioritized, resolved, and prevented from recurring. 

Success in this role means improving vehicle software quality, reliability, customer satisfaction, and OTA deployment success by ensuring field software issues are rapidly identified, accurately diagnosed, and effectively resolved.
