Talent Community

Where Operational Experience Meets Opportunity.

Build Your Next Chapter With Tiree

For more than 25 years, Tiree has helped clients deliver some of Canada’s most complex and sensitive infrastructure projects. Our Security & Smart Technologies group protects the facilities and people this country relies on. As we look to grow in Atlantic Canada, we’re interested in connecting with professionals in the region.

This isn’t a posting for a single role. It’s an open invitation. We are building a talent community of professionals with operational, security, and technical backgrounds who want to keep doing work that matters, on their own terms. Whether you’re stepping out of uniform for the first time or looking to formalize your next chapter as a consultant, we want to hear from you before a specific opening exists.

Please note: This posting is part of an ongoing recruitment campaign to grow our talent community — it isn’t tied to a specific position or a current opening.

What We Do

• Physical security planning & design
• Threat and risk assessments
• Security program advisory
• IT & network infrastructure
• Audiovisual (AV) systems & integration
• Electronic security systems (ESS)

People We’re Looking For

We actively seek professionals whose background has prepared them to operate in high-stakes, complex security environments. If you bring any of the following, we want to hear from you:

• Physical security planning or operations experience
• Threat, risk, and vulnerability assessment
• Security program management
• Secret/Top Secret clearance eligibility
• Experience embedded with or supporting federal departments
• IT, network, or communications systems experience
• Audiovisual or technical systems background

Why Connect With Us

Joining our talent community gives you a head start. Instead of waiting to spot the right posting, your background goes directly to our Talent Acquisition team, so you're front of mind when a role that matches your experience and interests comes up.

We're open to different ways of working. If you enjoy the variety and flexibility that comes with contract or consulting work, that path is available here. We also hire full-time employees within our Security & Smart Technologies practice, who have access to a comprehensive health and benefits plan, RRSP matching, a paid Wellness Day, and other perks that support your career and well-being.

At Tiree, we believe careers should be as unique as the people who build them — which is why we support ours with the right training, tools, and mentorship to help them grow.

How to Apply

Interested in joining our talent community? Submit your resume through this posting. We will keep your resume on file for the future, and a member of our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch if there's a potential match for your background and interests.

Note: Artificial Intelligence is not involved in the screening or selection of candidates. Those decisions are made entirely by real, actual humans. While we may use AI for small administrative tasks during the recruiting process, the evaluating and choosing of candidates is strictly human powered.

Be you.

We strive to create a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion where everyone at Tiree feels welcome, supported and celebrated. There is dynamism and pride in a community shaped by diverse voices, perspectives and lived experiences. We want to empower you to be you.

We are extremely proud of our teams — they are strong, determined, dedicated people who aspire to excellence, and they make our organization better every day. Our goal is to meet that standard of excellence in our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, and for our teams to reflect the wonderful diversity of the communities in which we live and work.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce. As part of this commitment, we strive to provide a selection process that is accessible to all candidates. Please advise if you require any accommodations to ensure your equal participation.
