We’re looking for an experienced Dental Administrator to support the front office team, oversee scheduling and patient flow, and ensure a strong patient experience.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM
• Wednesday–Friday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of dental administration experience
• Experience supporting or leading a dental admin team
• Strong scheduling, organization, and patient communication skills
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance, payments, and treatment coordination
• Professional, dependable, and confident in a busy dental environment
• Strong leadership and accountability skills
