- Develop space planning, departmental planning, and adjacency studies that support efficient patient care and staff workflows.
- Create innovative interior environments that balance function, aesthetics, infection prevention, durability, maintainability, and patient experience.
- Participate in programming, visioning, user-group meetings, and design workshops.
- Influence the design of interior architectural spaces, balancing aesthetics, functionality, wellness, and client objectives to create exceptional user experiences.
- Develop finish palettes, material specifications, color studies, and furniture concepts that align with project goals and healthcare operational requirements.
- Assist in the selection, specification, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Prepare and revise design documentation throughout all project phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Utilize BIM technologies, including Revit, to develop and coordinate interior design documentation.
