Product Owner

Shape the future of payment technology at Danske Bank's Core Payments Platform tribe. You will lead our Payment Case Handling area, creating solutions that make payment processing smoother for thousands of bank employees. Join us to build systems that truly matter.

What you will be doing

You will guide the Payment Case Handling squad, working closely with teams in Lithuania and India to deliver technology solutions that transform how our bank manages payment requests. Your strategic thinking and stakeholder collaboration will directly shape our payment platform's evolution.

• Shape and develop the strategic vision for Payment Case Handling systems
• Build and manage roadmaps that align with business priorities
• Lead sprint planning and maintain the squad's product backlog
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the tribe to ensure seamless delivery
• Translate technical solutions into clear business value
• Guide knowledge sharing between internal and external partners 

About you

• 5+ years of experience as Product Owner, Project Manager

• Experience delivering technical solutions within Financial Services 

• Ability to build roadmaps and manage capacity planning effectively 

• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across diverse teams 

• Servant leadership approach with solution-oriented mindset 

• Comfortable questioning requirements and speaking up, escalating concerns when needed 

• Upper-Intermediate skills in English

Knowledge of ISO20022 standards, payment flows, or case handling systems would be valuable additions to your toolkit.

Monthly salary range from 4400 EUR to 6600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
